Job summary

Naylor Association Solutions is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support speaking session execution, event visibility, and sales enablement materials. You will coordinate campaigns and the materials that drive new business development and client retention.

You will work with the Corporate Marketing team, the Editorial Content Team, and the Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure our marketing programs are well planned, well supported, and aligned with broader growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience in marketing, campaign support, or marketing program coordination preferred.
Strong writing and editing skills for abstracts, proposals, and materials.
Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns and event deliverables.

Responsibilities

Research, apply for, and manage speaking session opportunities at industry conferences.
Coordinate speaking session planning and preparation, including logistics and materials.
Coordinate editorial planning for Association Adviser, including topic ideation and calendar upkeep.
Maintain and update marketing collateral and coordinate production and shipment for events.
Maintain sales enablement materials for BD and Account Management teams.
