Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Events Manager in San Francisco to lead production, logistics, and cross-functional coordination for high-profile events. You will shape schedules, manage vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout execution.

You will work with field leadership and stakeholders to improve service delivery, attendee experience, and operational performance in a fast-paced Technical Services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional event production experience.
• Ability to lead complex events as primary producer.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering polished events.
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Events Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Technical Services environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 - $230,000 annually
