About Re:Build Manufacturing

Re:Build Manufacturing is a growing family of industrial and engineering businesses combining enabling technologies, operational superiority, and strategic M&A to build America’s next generation industrial company. At Re:Build we deploy deep expertise in engineering, operations management, and technology to supercharge the performance of our member companies. We leverage deep professional expertise and a candid, principled operating culture to drive differentiated outcomes. Ours is a fast-paced environment where individuals can stretch and be challenged to pursue their fullest potential.

Re:Build was founded to pioneer a profitable model for the revitalization of US manufacturing. We’ve assembled a powerful set of complimentary capabilities and lines of business that enable us to pursue a wide range of end markets. Our acquired businesses are grounded in build-to-print and by-the-hour engineering and design services, and we’re leveraging their combined expertise to migrate to increasingly sophisticated program development and production, as well as the generation of our own products.

Who we’re looking for

This role requires both critical thinking and hands‑on execution: building an event calendar, managing logistics, aligning collaborators, and crafting repeatable processes. You’ll represent Re:Build at events and ensure a consistent, high‑quality brand presence.

What you get to do
  • Build and run a national event strategy tied to lead generation and revenue goals
  • Define critical metrics, target audiences, and conversion goals for each event
  • Select and run the event calendar based on business priorities
  • Oversee all event execution, from planning through post‑event reporting
  • Create systems for lead capture, qualification, and follow‑up
  • Partner with marketing and sales on campaigns, messaging, and staffing
  • Develop event materials and handle booth assets and inventory
  • Track performance (leads, pipeline, value) and improve results over time
  • Plan and complete pre‑ and post‑event outreach to improve impact
  • Organize company‑hosted events for customers and partners
What you bring to the team
  • Ability to connect event activity to measurable business outcomes
  • Strong judgment in brand presentation and messaging
  • Highly organized, diligent, and meticulous
  • Comfortable owning projects independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and partner management skills
  • Data‑driven approach to performance tracking and improvement
  • Experience working across teams and handling challenging priorities
  • Willingness to travel frequently
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 7–10 years running trade shows and events with validated lead generation results
  • Experience in B2B, technology, or manufacturing preferred
  • Track record of improving event performance and efficiency
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with event analytics and reporting tools
