The Senior Software Engineer is a key technical contributor who designs, develops, and scales cloud‑native software solutions that power Re:Build’s digital platforms. In line with The Re:Build Way, this role combines deep hands‑on engineering with thoughtful architectural influence, emphasizing ownership, accountability, and long‑term system health.
You will collaborate closely with product, design, and cross‑functional engineering partners, working in a candid and respectful manner to solve real business problems. You bring a practical, outcome‑driven mindset to innovation, thoughtfully integrating emerging technologies such as AI/ML where they add measurable value, and delivering high‑quality software that balances speed, reliability, and maintainability.
The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, approaches challenges with curiosity and discipline, and holds themselves and others to high engineering standards. You champion clean, efficient, and testable code, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute to team growth through mentorship and knowledge sharing. Guided by a mindset of continuous improvement, you stay current with industry trends and help shape Re:Build’s technology roadmap—ensuring our systems remain scalable, secure, and built to endure.
Compensation Expectations: Salary Range: $115,000 to $190,000, depending on candidate experience. Additionally you will receive an annual cash bonus and long‑term incentive.
