Our unique set of capabilities lend themselves to highly complex systems and products, and we offer customers a range of services including product and systems design, automation, fabrication, assembly, and large volume contract manufacturing. Our customers span a wide array of industries including aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.

Who we are looking for

The Senior Software Engineer is a key technical contributor who designs, develops, and scales cloud‑native software solutions that power Re:Build’s digital platforms. You bring a practical, outcome‑driven mindset to innovation, thoughtfully integrating emerging technologies such as AI/ML where they add measurable value, and delivering high‑quality software that balances speed, reliability, and maintainability.

The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, approaches challenges with curiosity and discipline, and holds themselves and others to high engineering standards. You champion clean, efficient, and testable code, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute to team growth through mentorship and knowledge sharing. Guided by a mindset of continuous improvement, you stay current with industry trends and help shape Re:Build’s technology roadmap—ensuring our systems remain scalable, secure, and built to endure.
