The Association of Former Students in College Station, TX, seeks an experienced Events Manager to lead events at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center.

You will coordinate logistics, manage client relations, and supervise student staff to deliver exceptional experiences for alumni, donors, and campus partners. Responsibilities

• Coordinate external events at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center.
• Serve as venue coordinator and primary client contact for events.
• Supervise events student staff and support revenue through facility utilization.
• Monitor budgets, compliance, and safety standards.
