Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use Excel, Word, and other college programs to create spreadsheets, documents and files Data entry.
• Provide clerical and logistical support to the Bishop Center manager and productions.
• Assist in tracking Bishop Center inventory, comp/donated tickets, and other related projects.
• Occasional phone calls to donors or patrons.
• Duties specific to employee’s goals, which could include: Box office assistance, Design social media graphics and promotional materials or Assist with performance and events planning and logistics.
