Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Staff & Security professional for on-site work at Texas A&M University. The role combines event staff duties with security tasks to help create a safe, welcoming environment for attendees.

You will assist with setup, monitor access, assist attendees, and coordinate with the security team to maintain order. A valid license may be required; a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and equipment placement.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide customer service to attendees and answer inquiries.
• Collaborate with staff and security to maintain safety.
• Manage crowd flow and entry/exit points.
• Respond to incidents following protocol.
• Enforce event rules and safety procedures.
• Address attendee complaints calmly and professionally.
