BEST Crowd Management at UW–Madison is seeking friendly guest services staff to welcome attendees at football games, basketball games, concerts, and other campus events. You will help guests feel safe and valued from arrival to departure.

Your duties include greeting and guiding guests, scanning tickets, monitoring entry points, and assisting with crowd flow while adhering to safety and security procedures. Training is provided, and you will learn event operations within the GardaWorld network.
