This role requires working in a warehouse, lifting up to 70 pounds, performing minor repairs, inspecting returns, and organizing furniture and supplies. You will prioritize daily tasks, monitor condition, and drive quality and efficiency in the department.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and performing physical tasks.
• Experience in furniture, warehouse, maintenance, or rental industry is a plus.
• Must have adequate vision and hearing with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Stage and prepare furniture for upcoming deliveries and events.
• Clean, inspect, and organize furniture returned from rentals.
• Perform minor furniture repairs and identify items needing maintenance.
• Ensure furniture is clean, presentable, safe, and ready for its next rental.
• Maintain an organized workspace and store furniture and supplies.
• Prioritize daily tasks based on deliveries and return schedules.
• Monitor furniture condition and communicate repair or replacement needs.
• Help maintain quality standards and efficient workflow within the department.
