Job description

At Solidus, we are shaping the financial markets of tomorrow. Our trade surveillance and risk monitoring technology protects investors, enhances transparency, and ensures regulatory compliance across traditional financial assets and digital asset markets.

With over 20 years of experience building Wall Street-grade fintech, our team delivers solutions that financial institutions and regulators worldwide rely on to detect, investigate, and report market manipulation, financial crime, and fraud. Headquartered in New York, with offices in Singapore, Tel Aviv, and London, we safeguard millions of retail and institutional entities globally, monitoring over a trillion events each day.

The Role

You will own Solidus's events program end to end, from the flagship conferences where our market gathers to the invite-only dinners and roundtables where real relationships get built. Our buyers are Chief Compliance Officers, surveillance leads, and regulators. They respond to rooms worth being in.

You will decide where Solidus shows up and how, balancing third-party sponsorships with Solidus-hosted experiences, and make sure every event earns its place in the budget through pipeline, relationships, and brand.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to turn event presence into meetings, opportunities, and closed deals, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between the event and the follow-up.

The role is based in New York (hybrid), reporting to our Director of Growth.

What You'll Do
  • Build and run the events calendar -Define where Solidus should be across crypto, TradFi, prediction markets, and regulatory circuits. Evaluate sponsorships, negotiate packages, and own the budget and ROI for each.
  • Produce Solidus-hosted experiences - Design and execute executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and our own branded events. Own venue, run-of-show, speakers, branding, and attendee experience. When a CCO gets an invite from Solidus, they should want to clear their calendar. You make that happen.
  • Turn events into pipeline - Partner with Sales and SDRs on target account lists, pre-event outreach, on-site meeting booking, and post-event follow-up. Track what each event contributed in HubSpot, run post-event debriefs with the team, and use both the data and the feedback to sharpen the next one.
  • Amplify our presence - Secure speaking slots for our executives, coordinate with industry associations and partners on co-marketing, and work with our social and PR efforts so every event lives beyond the room.
About You
  • Action-Oriented. You move fast, handle last-minute changes calmly, and treat every event as something to improve, not just repeat.
  • Audience-Obsessed. You understand what compliance and risk leaders care about and design experiences that respect their time and seniority.
  • Creative and Data-Driven. You bring fresh formats and ideas, and back them with a clear read on cost, attendance, meetings, and pipeline.
  • High Ownership. From contract negotiation to the last follow-up email, you see it through.
  • Collaborative and Coachable. You're a team player who works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, asks for honest feedback after every event, and turns it into a better experience next time.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years in event or field marketing, ideally in B2B fintech, financial services, crypto, or SaaS
  • A track record of events that measurably drove pipeline, not just attendance
  • Experience producing intimate executive-level experiences as well as large conference sponsorships
  • Strong vendor, venue, and sponsorship negotiation skills
  • Experience partnering with Sales on account-based programs and event-driven outreach
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM for tracking engagement and attribution
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to run multiple events in parallel across regions and time zones
  • Comfort engaging senior executives, regulators, and industry leaders
  • Genuine curiosity and the ability to get fluent fast in a technical, regulatory-heavy subject matter
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Why Join Us
  • Join the next frontier of fintech and financial markets, as digital assets, stablecoins, and new models like prediction markets reshape how the category is defined.
  • Step in at a true inflection point, where product-market fit is established and what gets built next drives how we scale.
  • Thrive in a high-velocity, startup-DNA environment where we strip away bureaucracy so great ideas translate into execution quickly.
  • Work with a team of marketing professionals: high standards, zero ego, and a shared commitment to great work.

The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, Solidus Labs offers equity, unlimited PTO and a generous total rewards program, including $0 monthly health insurance premiums for you and your family, a robust 401K match program, and perks like ClassPass, One Medical and Talkspace subscriptions.
