revlogic is redefining how high-growth companies scale revenue. As the only AI-fueled Revenue-Enablement-as-a-Service (REaaS) partner, we empower ambitious organizations to accelerate sales, optimize productivity, and build sustainable, repeatable go-to-market strategies.
We partner with category-defining technology companies to modernize go-to-market execution through enablement, AI, automation, and revenue acceleration solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
The Role
We're looking for an Events & Experience Manager to own and elevate the way revlogic shows up in the market. This role will serve as the operational heartbeat behind our event strategy, managing our San Francisco revcenter, leading the planning and execution of marketing events, and creating memorable experiences for prospects, customers, partners, and employees.
You'll collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and client teams to ensure every event, whether a large industry conference, executive dinner, customer onboarding bootcamp, or intimate networking gathering, is executed flawlessly and delivers measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
- revcenter Operations:
- Manage all revcenter vendor relationships and coordination (AV/IT, cleaning, trash, internet, repairs, supply/inventory restocking, etc.), ensuring the space is always guest-ready.
- Own the internal booking calendar, coordinating requests and scheduling to prevent conflicts across internal teams, client visits, and rentals.
- Act as on-call lead for any needs that arise between scheduled events.
- Manage the revcenter's utilization as a revenue-generating asset during non-internal-use periods, including third-party rental listing management (e.g., Peerspace), pricing strategy, and guest coordination.
- Define and recommend where revlogic should show up, in-person or virtual, spanning trade shows, conferences, webinars, virtual panels, podcast appearances, and community events, to maximize brand visibility and impact.
- Manage end-to-end execution of all revlogic events, whether hosted at the revcenter or offsite, including third-party events, executive dinners, and regional gatherings.
- Coordinate client event logistics, including venues, hotels, AV, catering, transportation, and branded materials.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, and project plans to ensure flawless execution.
- Marketing & Performance:
- Partner closely with marketing to drive event promotion, registration, attendance, and follow-up activities.
- Track event performance and business impact, using data and insights to optimize future investments.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, event operations, or experiential programs.
- Proven success planning and executing B2B events ranging from executive dinners to large-scale conferences.
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and complex event logistics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, and executive stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event performance and ROI.
- Excellent communication skills and a hospitality-focused approach to creating exceptional experiences.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to work from our San Francisco office at least three days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Familiarity with revenue, sales, enablement, or go-to-market organizations.
- Experience managing executive events, customer advisory boards, or community-building programs.
- Experience managing facility operations, vendor contracts, or a rental/hospitality property.
- Experience shaping brand presence across virtual and media channels (webinars, podcasts, virtual panels), not just in-person events.
- Knowledge of event technology and marketing automation platforms.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6-12 months, you'll:
- Establish operational excellence for the revcenter and create a seamless experience for all visitors and events.
- Build and execute a scalable presence strategy, in-person and virtual, aligned to business objectives and growth goals.
- Successfully deliver high-impact conferences, hosted events, and customer experiences that strengthen the revlogic brand.

- Develop meaningful reporting that demonstrates event influence on pipeline, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
- Operate the revcenter as a well-utilized, revenue-positive asset, balancing internal use with third-party rental bookings.
- Become a trusted partner to leadership, marketing, and client teams for all event-related initiatives.
