Job summary

Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH is seeking an Events & Execution Assistant to coordinate and execute all Group Sales and Sponsorship events. You will link clients, sales teams, and park departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional experiences, delivering unforgettable events and activations under the Area Manager’s guidance.

This role offers hands-on event management at a premier entertainment destination.

Qualifications

Minimum age 16.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Windows familiarity.
Salesforce CRM experience a plus.
Strong time management, problem solving, and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, outgoing personality and customer service experience.
Physical: ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Pass drug test and background check if 18+.
Valid driver's license for golf cart operation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Area Manager to manage client, sales, and park communications for Group Sales events.
Lead day-of event execution for corporate outings, youth programs, and other group events.
Ensure accurate event orders, catering, billing, and data entry with sales support staff.
Support on-site sponsorship activations and provide event documentation for recaps.
Serve as central communication hub between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Travel to assist events at other park locations as needed.
