Cedar Point is seeking an Associate Services Assistant to enhance the guest experience at signature and catered events. You’ll manage setup and teardown, assist with a variety of associate engagement events, and help distribute uniforms and promotional items.

The role supports a large team and involves coordinating communications and schedules for associates, with opportunities for involvement in community events and recognition initiatives.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate the setup and tear down of events.
• Supports Associate Services Team in the creation, planning, and execution of a variety of associate engagement events.
• Distribute clothing and promotional incentives, including, but not limited to spring weekend wear, Halloweekend gear, and departmental requests.
