Compeer Financial is offering a paid internship in a hybrid setting with a focus on education and events programming for clients and team members. You will support the Learning Management System, create e-learning modules, and assist with event production and webinar programming.

The role seeks a student pursuing a degree in business-related fields, with strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail, and a capacity to juggle multiple projects under guidance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business-related fields such as business administration, marketing, human resources, hospitality, public relations, project management or instructional design.
• High degree of initiative and resourcefulness with minimal guidance.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Compeer's client-facing Learning Management System and develop reports for internal stakeholders.
• Create e-learning modules aligned with Compeer's brand and curriculum for clients.
• Collaborate with events team to design and execute events for internal teams and clients.
• Assist with production and marketing of virtual events and webinar programming.
