Job summary

Elvanx Inc is seeking an Events Assistant who will be the face of the company, greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and excited about our client.

You’ll engage with customers, identify needs, recommend products or solutions, handle pricing inquiries, and help the team hit sales targets while learning about our client and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, event coordination, or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and calm under pressure.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face to face providing friendly support.
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, upgrades, or solutions.
• Handle inquiries related to pricing and general information.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent service and persuasive communication.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's products and services.
