Job summary

Heritage Auctions, based in Dallas, TX, seeks a Corporate Events Coordinator to manage a high-volume portfolio of domestic and international trade shows, public appraisal events, and the annual employee art showcase. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Events, you will guide projects from planning through post-event closeout, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and accurate records management.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, invoices, payments, and shipping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional planning for domestic and international trade shows, staffing, booth layouts, and exhibit logistics.
• Manage booth operations and show services, labor, electrical, internet, and fixtures.
• Communicate with show organizers, venues, carriers, and vendors to gather information and resolve issues.
• Process invoices and prepare payment requests per vendor requirements.
• Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and ROI analysis.
• Coordinate shipping logistics for event materials and manage inventory.
