This full-time role manages inbound inquiries, books private dining, and coordinates larger parties and on-site celebrations to create memorable guest experiences. You will maintain the SAQ events calendar, collaborate with the hospitality team, and ensure bookings align with staffing and space.

Qualifications

• Experience selling or coordinating events.
• Understanding of event operations and the ability to set realistic booking expectations.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through across multiple inquiries and events.
• Ability to maintain accurate calendars and event records and work collaboratively on-site in Austin (NOTE: this is not a remote role)

Responsibilities

• Own the event inquiry and booking process, from initial contact through operational handoff.
• Maintain the SAQ events calendar and coordinate bookings with live music and other activations.
• Partner with Assistant GM and the hospitality team to align sales opportunities with execution.
• Support planning for holiday events and other on-site celebrations.
