Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the venue as the first brand ambassador.
• Direct guests to seating areas and assist with venue navigation.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas and support hospitality teams.
• Share brand stories and venue offerings with guests.
• Assist with photo opportunities and support guest experience improvements in partnership with leadership.
