Qualifications

• Ability to maintain accurate calendars and event records and work on-site in Austin (not remote).

Responsibilities

• Own the event inquiry and booking process from initial contact through handoff.
• Maintain the SAQ events calendar and coordinate bookings with live music and activations.
• Partner with the Assistant GM and hospitality team to align sales opportunities with execution.
• Support planning for holiday events and other on-site celebrations.
• Coordinate event details and communicate changes promptly to guests and team members.
