Gentry Home Services in Hendersonville/Nashville area is seeking an Events Coordinator to connect with homeowners at local events and manage booths for the Mr. Rooter Plumbing, Mr. Handyman, Hendersonville Bath, and Gentry Heating & Air brands.

You’ll handle booking, staffing, and on-site coordination, helping schedule appointments and grow community relationships across Middle Tennessee. The role requires weekend event availability and a willing attitude toward outdoor work.

• Friendly, outgoing and able to start conversations with homeowners.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple events and staffing.
• Dependable and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable asking homeowners to schedule services or consultations.
• Able to work outdoors and help transport, set up and teardown booth materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to local events.

• Find and book local farmers markets, festivals, home shows and events.
• Manage event calendar, applications, deadlines, fees and organizer communication.
• Coordinate team schedules so someone works each event with you.
• Attend events, welcome visitors, explain services and schedule appointments.
• Organize booth setup and breakdown, including tents, tables and displays.
• Train and support event team members to represent brands.
• Keep records of leads and appointments for follow-up.
• Track event costs, leads and appointments to inform future bookings.
• Keep event supplies organized for upcoming events.
