SKC in Phoenix is seeking an Event Production & Marketing Coordinator to support a high-profile dinner reception celebrating a new international partnership. You’ll organize details, deadlines, and assets while the planning and execution progress.

This role demands hands-on planning, coordination with AV, décor, catering, and VIP logistics, plus on-site support. Based in the greater Phoenix area, you must be on-site for meetings and event day, and be available April 30 and May 1.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in event coordination, experiential marketing, or production support.
• Based in the greater Phoenix area and able to be on-site for meetings and event day.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Clear, professional communicator and highly reliable.

Responsibilities

• Support event leads with planning and execution through May 1.
• Coordinate with vendors (AV, staging, décor, catering, photo/video, staffing) as directed.
• Help finalize and organize run-of-show, call sheets, floor plans, and seating.
• Assist with marketing and event assets (signage, branding, printed materials, slides).
• Support guest/VIP logistics (lists, confirmations, check-in materials, name badges).
• Provide on-site help for walk-throughs, rehearsals, and event day (signage checks, vendor liaison, errands, troubleshooting).
