Job summary

LM Restaurants seeks an Events Sales Coordinator to support private dining events, meet clients, plan menus, floorplans, and timelines, and assist the Events Sales Manager. The role is onsite, fast-paced, and customer-focused, requiring strong communication and hospitality skills.

You will coordinate tastings, manage the BEO process, collaborate with culinary and management teams, and help drive sales through exceptional guest experiences and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations, catering, or event management.
• Strong preference for working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Professional communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to finalize event details (menu, floorplans, timelines) and communicate planning prior to events.
• On site for events pre-determined by team schedule.
• Oversees client menu tastings; ensures presentations and food quality meet expectations.
• Assist Event Managers to increase sales through exceptional guest experiences and marketing efforts.
• Interacts with managers/culinary team regarding menu development and space set-up.
• Maintain BEO book and handle operational/administrative tasks related to events.
