Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Wisconsin is seeking an Events Coordinator to manage all aspects of catering events, from menu planning to execution, scheduling, and teardown, while serving as the main liaison between clients and internal departments.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; prior hospitality or event experience is helpful, and full-time benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including menu planning, scheduling, staffing, and overseeing facilities setup, execution, and teardown.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (culinary, hospitality, facilities, etc.).
• Conduct site visits, consultations, and event walkthroughs with clients to ensure expectations and logistics are aligned.
• Prepare event orders, contracts, and invoices and distribute them to relevant departments.
• Manage event timelines, floor plans, and service details to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee on-site event setup and service to maintain presentation, timeliness, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams regarding special requests, dietary needs, and event requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of event details, costs, and client feedback for future planning and improvement.

Full Time | Day Shift | Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
(flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays required by event schedules)

Pay: $25-$28/hour
based on experience

What will I do as an Events Coordinator?

What is required in this position?

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, catering, or event experience preferred, but not required.


• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and assist with moving tables, chairs, and event equipment.


• Comfortable working in kitchens, event spaces, and outdoor venues.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Experience with event management software, POS systems, or Microsoft Office preferred.
