Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for residents. This role is offered with day shifts and opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities include daily room cleaning, linen distribution, and disinfecting common areas while adhering to infection control standards. Experience in healthcare or hotel cleaning is preferred, with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Capable of pushing or pulling carts weighing up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Able to read and understand product labels and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous cleaning experience in a hotel or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service to all residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting resident rooms, staff offices, and common areas in compliance with infection control protocols.
• Distribute clean linens, collect soiled laundry, complete linen request forms, and restock linen carts as assigned.
• Prepare and maintain cleaning carts and equipment, restock supplies, and report any malfunctioning equipment or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with additional tasks such as delivering personal items to residents and providing clothing protectors for the Dietary Department.
