Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore Hotel is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue, market share, and profitability. This role oversees sales, marketing, public relations, and revenue-generation activities, collaborating closely with the General Manager, Revenue Management, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience considered.
• Experience in mid-sized, full-service, or select-service hotels preferred.
• Familiarity with revenue-management systems and digital advertising.
• Experience managing group, corporate, government, leisure, or meetings/events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plan aligned with business goals and brand standards.
• Set and monitor revenue, production, and activity goals for the sales team.
• Manage relationships with corporate accounts, travel managers, and key customers.
• Oversee marketing plans, campaigns, and brand consistency across channels.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with GM, Revenue Management, Operations, and Finance.
• Oversee budget, forecasts, and performance reporting to hotel leadership.
• Drive revenue growth across room revenue, F&B, meetings, and events.
