Job summary

Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams, boosting productivity through automation and content management. This role supports the Community Lead, producing events and content in New York's vibrant creative scene.

You will be hands-on in planning, coordinating with partners, and turning community engagement into compelling content, with visibility and impact across Air's programs.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in event production or community management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in SaaS or tech industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Produce and host events at Air HQ, on-site for guests, vendors, and partners.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Plan and execute end-to-end community and Air HQ events (dinners, panels, screenings, parties, customer events).
• Develop and maintain a forward-looking event and content calendar.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to deliver high-impact experiences.
• Operationalize content operations and coordinate with internal teams and external media partners.
