Job summary

Air in New York is seeking an events and community producer who will partner with the Community Lead to bring Air's programming calendar to life. You will produce intimate dinners, panels, workshops and customer events at Air HQ, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

This hands-on role blends creative strategy with logistics, requiring strong project management, vendor relations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in event production or community management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficient with event platforms and CRM/automation tools (Salesforce).
• Strong project management and budget/vendor negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using collaborative design tools like Figma.
• Detail-oriented and organized with process-building interest.
• Cross-functional communicator who ships improvements weekly.
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work publicly and fast.

Responsibilities

• Produce and host events at Air HQ.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail.
• On-site point of contact for guests, vendors, and partners; oversee setup to breakdown.
• Plan and execute all community and Air HQ events: dinners, panels, screenings, parties, customer events.
• Support event programming and content production.
• Maintain forward-looking event/content calendar and conduct planning meetings.
• Partner with external partners and vendors to deliver high-impact experiences within budget.
• Coordinate content operations and draft event outreach/recaps for internal/external use.
• Turn community into content: blog posts, social recaps, LinkedIn, case studies.
