Job summary

Bisnow is seeking a proactive Events/ speaker coordinator in New York City. The role is hybrid, requiring 3-4 days in the office at 123 William St. You will identify speakers, recruit high-profile attendees, and build the conference experience from concept to day-of execution.

You will work across departments to achieve shared goals, drive sponsorships with sales, and research CRE topics to keep content fresh and relevant. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of data center knowledge/experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to establish and maintain CRE relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential speakers and contact prospects to recruit.
• Educate speakers on benefits of speaking at Bisnow events.
• Build from scratch and manage the event experience from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with sales to drive sponsorships and attendee engagement.
• Research CRE topics and speakers for events.
• Manage speaker relations and post-event follow-ups.
• Provide exceptional service to speakers and sponsors.
