Job summary

NRG Adventure Park in North Dakota is seeking an Event Assistant to welcome Guests, handle inquiries about birthday parties and events, and work with the Events Manager to deliver memorable experiences. You will manage bookings in the NRG POS and Groups systems, upsell add‑ons, and run smooth events on event day while staying professional and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Respond to phone, email, text and other digital inquiries about birthday parties and events.
• Book NRG events (birthday parties, school or church groups, team building events, etc.)
• Meet weekly/monthly/annual sales goals for party packages and add‑on items.
• Complete confirmation calls to Party Parents/Event Guests prior to their event date
• Ensure that complete and accurate information is provided to Guests
• Ensure that Party Hosts have the necessary details for each party
• Greet and check‑in party and event participants
• Always present a professional appearance
• Assist with management of inventory of event supplies
• Filing duties, paperwork and reporting
• Set up and clean up party rooms when needed Assist Party Hosts when needed
