Bolder Adventure Park in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a part-time Party Sales Coordinator who can turn inquiries into bookings and create memorable birthday experiences for guests.

You will respond quickly, upsell packages, coordinate details with customers and internal teams, and maintain accurate records in our CRM. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support seasonal campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, event coordination, or call center preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable outbound calls and following up on leads.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple party bookings in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computers, email, scheduling systems, and CRM.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations and management teams.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to remain professional and solution-oriented in high-volume situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond within 24 hours to party inquiries via phone, email, in-person visits, and online inquiries (leads).
• Actively sell birthday party packages and upgrades.
• Reach out to assigned leads by phone and email to generate new bookings and maintain ongoing communication with potential guests.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate party details with customers and internal teams.
• Provide detailed event information and recommendations to guests to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer communications in the CRM.
• Communicate with operations prior to parties to ensure a seamless transition between sales and operations.
• Collaborate with marketing and management to promote special offers and seasonal campaigns.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve the guest experience.
