Salamander Collection in Aspen, CO seeks a Catering & Conference Services Manager responsible for driving revenue by managing weddings and events. You will collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction, while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel or related field, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of food and beverage services.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in hotel or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales-related skills.
• Extensive knowledge of meeting room capacities and banquet set-up.

Responsibilities

• Plan, sell, and coordinate details for events to achieve revenue goals.
• Maximize revenue through upselling of food and services.
• Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and maintain communication.
