Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for incoming sales calls, respond quickly and professionally to internal partners and external customers.
• Assist with room blocks, select reporting, client notifications of key dates such as cut-off or payment schedules, group resumes, event orders and BEOs, and billing details.
• Complete or assist with pre-event, main event, and post-event details; track and communicate event particulars to internal and external clients.
• Learn hotel food and beverage offerings, function space, AV, and related details to support group and event success.
• Learn and use digital sales systems and CI/TY, Delphi, PMS, and sales processes to achieve team goals.
• Participate in internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, training, and other required communications.
• Foster teamwork and an entrepreneurial spirit to make the best decisions for the hotel and team goals.
• Own career development and seek training opportunities for ongoing talent growth.
