Job summary

The Glen House Hotel, part of Olympia Hospitality, seeks a Sales & Catering Coordinator to transform inquiries into unforgettable events at the base of Mt. Washington. You’ll handle weddings, life celebrations, wellness retreats, and corporate team-building experiences, blending New England hospitality with outdoor adventure.

Qualifications

• Sales or hotel experience preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Delphi experience is a plus.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and route inquiries to the sales office.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, resumes, and BEOs for catering or sales.
• Print GRCs and sales reports for meetings.
• Present and suggest rates for wedding blocks and social groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts.
• Provide day-of-event support and liaise between client and staff.
• Coordinate site tours for catering clients and weddings.
• Communicate changes and billing issues with clients.
• Attend weekly staff and sales meetings.
• Assist in marketing plans and sales collateral.
