Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality experience.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Professional communication with clients in person and over the phone.
• Ability to be flexible and resolve potential problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Social Catering Managers, including inquiries, BEOs, and diagrams.
• Support Catering Managers with appointments and events, including weekends.
• Distribute BEOs, reader boards, and change logs daily.
• Support Sales with site tours, banquet room setup, and client gifts.
• Manage the Waterfront Event Boutique and assist walk-in clients.
• Conduct property tours and answer calls, prepare daily event sheets and contracts.
• Follow internal protocols for room lists, resumes, and guarantees; attend required meetings.
• Maintain filing systems and assist with special reports or marketing events.
