You will support pre-conference planning, exhibitor communications, and sales outreach, gaining hands-on experience across sponsorship fulfillment and conference operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, Sales, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Exhibitor and sponsor support: review booth designs, coordinate with exhibitors, collect logos, COIs and payments.
• Sales and business development support: outreach to partners, lead research, CRM data entry.
• Customer service support: manage high volume phone calls and emails, professional communication.
• Event planning and administrative support: maintain records, trackers, and provide general team support.
