Job Description
Blue Print Out is seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our team. The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate about delivering seamless event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing events from concept to completion
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure event success
  • Support logistics management, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown
  • Maintain detailed records of budgets, timelines, and materials
  • Handle onsite support and troubleshoot issues during events
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and report outcomes
  • Assist with client communication and follow-up as needed
  • Ensure all events reflect the brand’s image and meet client expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
