We are seeking passionate, mission-minded individuals to create an excellent apartment community experience through caring, connecting, and calling residents to community involvement and spiritual growth.
Position Details
Note the differences between onsite and offsite coordinator roles. Applicants can choose their preferred position during application:
- Onsite Coordinator: Serves an apartment community for 16-20 hours per week, lives onsite, with a reduced schedule.
- Offsite Coordinator: Serves for 3-9 hours per week, does not live onsite, and is paid hourly.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and host 2-4 monthly events to care for and connect residents, promote community engagement, and support local businesses.
- Provide personal care and support to residents and staff, leveraging community networks.
- Enhance online reputation through resident engagement and social media.
- Create marketing materials such as event flyers, calendars, and social media posts.
- Manage event budgets and prepare monthly summaries.
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to maximize community impact.
- Visit new residents and those nearing lease end to foster relationships.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Basic fluency in English for communication and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to perform duties involving stairs, bending, sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Availability for evening and weekend hours and commitment to the role's duration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in event planning, budgeting, and social media.
- Support network of volunteers, vendors, or community partners.
