Eagle Dining Services
The Events and Customer Experience Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the overall dining experience for students, faculty, staff, and guests across Eagle Dining Services. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, improving the customer journey, coordinating engagement initiatives, and creating memorable dining events that strengthen participation and connection with the Eagle Dining program. The Events and Customer Experience Manager will collaborate closely with dining leadership, campus departments, and the Business and Finance engagement team to develop innovative programs, events, and communication strategies that promote the dining experience and support departmental goals. The position will monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, coordinate event planning and execution, and use data and customer insights to continuously enhance the dining experience across all dining facilities.
