Role Description

The Events and Community Coordinator is a part-time, hybrid role based in New York, United States, with a mix of in-person events and some work from home. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing community events such as curated gatherings, the Leadership Table dinner series, and Coffee Caucus sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include logistics management, outreach to members and partners, coordinating venues and vendors, and ensuring seamless event operations. The coordinator will manage event communications, maintain up-to-date calendars and member lists, support professional development and civic engagement initiatives, and gather feedback to improve future programming.
