Job summary

Levy Restaurants at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston seeks a Warehouse Attendant responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing inventory of food and beverage products, supplies and equipment for theater operations and events.

This role may drive when needed, ensuring accurate inventory control, safe transportation, and timely support of venue operations. A high school diploma and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reads production schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Conveys materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Places materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence.
• Fills requisitions and distributes items to production workers or shipping departments.
• Assembles customer orders and prepares items for packing or shipping.
• Records amounts of materials received or distributed and weighs/counts items.
• Operates hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Drives vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items when applicable.
