Job summary

CORT Tradeshow and Events is hiring immediately for Warehouse Associates in Atlanta, GA. The role involves loading/unloading trucks, order fulfillment, furniture processing, assembly, and warehouse maintenance to ensure rental-ready inventory for events and transfers.

Candidates should be able to lift 50+ pounds, pass a background/drug screen, and have reliable transportation. Forklift certification is preferred; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Previous warehousing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (on-the-job training provided).
• Physically able to lift 50+ pounds regularly or 100 pounds with a partner.
• Able to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Must pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with care, ensuring item safety and correct placement.
• Pick, stage, and prepare items for delivery or transfer.
• Clean, touch up, or wrap furniture to be rental-ready.
• Assemble or disassemble furniture as needed.
• Maintain and clean the warehouse and manage waste.
• Perform cycle counts and adjust inventory as required.
• Tag and organize products in the warehouse per procedures.
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety regulations.
• Assist drivers with deliveries as needed.
• Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned.
