Job summary

CORT Tradeshow and Events in Round Rock, TX is hiring immediately for Warehouse Associates to support loading/unloading, order fulfillment, furniture processing and general warehouse duties. The role includes lifting heavy items, operating RF scanners, and helping drivers with deliveries; weekends are required and pay is $18 per hour with weekly payroll and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Warehousing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly; lift up to 100 pounds with a partner.
• Experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks.
• Drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Order fulfillment: pick, stage, and prepare items for delivery or transfers.
• Furniture processing: clean, touch up, wrap, and protect furniture.
• Furniture assembly: assemble or disassemble as needed.
• Warehouse maintenance: clean and organize the space; manage waste.
• Inventory control: perform cycle counts and maintain accuracy.
• Inventory handling: tag and store products per procedures.
• Safety and compliance: participate in safety meetings and follow regulations.
• Assist drivers on deliveries as needed.
• Participate in special projects and other tasks.
