Walters Hospitality, a growing portfolio of wedding and event venues, is seeking a Venue Sales Specialist in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You’ll tour venues, build client relationships, and guide couples through the decision process to close contracts.

Responsibilities include mastering venue offerings, managing a sales pipeline in our CRM, and achieving targets with evenings and weekend availability. Base salary plus uncapped commissions; benefits and support are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals (hospitality, travel, wedding industry or similar high-consideration sales preferred)
• Demonstrated success closing deals and managing a sales pipeline
• Ability to learn and retain complex product knowledge (venues, services, pricing, vendor offerings)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for venue visits within the DFW area

Responsabilités

• Master the product: develop deep knowledge of each venue, what's included, catering and bar options, and vendor services
• Conduct venue tours and showcase features to help couples envision their celebration
• Build relationships by listening to client needs and guiding toward the right solution
• Close deals using negotiation and persuasive skills to finalize contracts
• Manage your sales pipeline and CRM records to ensure no opportunities are missed
• Exceed sales goals by effectively managing and converting leads
• Be available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when couples are most engaged
