Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures is seeking a Banquet Bartender for Grand Casino Mille Lacs. This part-time, on-call position requires serving beverages, maintaining a clean station, and ensuring guest satisfaction across outlets and events.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending and/or serving experience.
• Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months of hire.
• Must be able to secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on established recipes and procedures.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to go—every shift.
• Follow Grand Casino's cash handling and over/short policies with accuracy and care.
• Take and fill drink orders efficiently and courteously.
• Use knowledge of menus to provide friendly, suggestive service.
• Communicate with Banquet Captains, Servers, and team members to keep things running smoothly.
• Handle guest questions with respect and quick solutions.
• Support the team with side work and event coverage as needed.
