Job summary

United National Maintenance seeks a Service Worker for Baltimore, MD to support tradeshow/events cleaning as needed. There are no set schedules; assignments arise as events occur in the city area. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using cleaners and squeegees.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Mix water and chemicals to prepare cleaning solutions.
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets and extract.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Operate powered cleaning equipment.
