Job summary

PRO EM National Event Services is seeking a full-time, on-site Tent Installer in the Greater Phoenix Area. You will assist with the installation, assembly, and breakdown of tents, flooring, staging, barricades, and related site infrastructure.

Responsibilities include loading materials, using hand and power tools, site prep, and following safety protocols. You will work with supervisors and crew, maintain equipment, and adapt to extended hours, evenings, and weekends as events require.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools and follow safety guidelines.
• Capability to perform physical labor outdoors.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
• Previous experience in construction, event installation, or related fields is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Greater Phoenix Area.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials for events.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Perform site preparation and cleanup.
• Follow project plans and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with supervisors and crew to complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain equipment and tools for safe operation.
• Support the construction of secure, clean event environments.
• Work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as schedules demand.
