Job summary

PRO EM National Event Services is seeking a full-time, on-site Tent Installer in the Greater Phoenix Area. You will assist with the installation, assembly, and breakdown of tents, flooring, staging, barricades, and related site infrastructure.

Responsibilities include loading materials, using hand and power tools, site prep, and following safety protocols. You will work with supervisors and crew, maintain equipment, and adapt to extended hours, evenings, and weekends as events require.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools and follow safety guidelines.
• Capability to perform physical labor outdoors.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
• Previous experience in construction, event installation, or related fields is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Greater Phoenix Area.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, performing site preparation and cleanup, and following project plans and safety protocols. The role involves working closely with supervisors and crew members to complete daily tasks on schedule, maintaining equipment and tools, and supporting the construction of secure, clean, and functional event environments. The position requires reliable attendance, the ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, and flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as event schedules demand.
