Chateau on the Lake in Branson, MO is recruiting for an Event Technology Leader to oversee the AV, lighting and conferencing teams for on-site events. This full-time role focuses on delivering flawless guest experiences while managing budgets and vendor contracts.

• Lead and inspire your Event Technology team to deliver flawless AV, lighting, and conferencing experiences-training, coaching, and supporting them every step of the way.
• Oversee department operations ensuring top-notch guest experiences that shine on brand service scores while maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to deliver seamless event technology solutions on time and within budget.
• Manage financial performance by controlling labor, equipment, and supply costs-and driving revenue through smart tech initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and execute all AV and event technology setups, supporting guests with expert guidance on equipment use.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and manage incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure smooth event execution.

• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Suite, operating systems, and work management tools to keep things efficient.
• Physically able and flexible: Events happen anytime-weekends, nights, holidays-and lifting up to 50lbs is part of the gig.
