Role Overview

The Junior Event & Team Lead Trainee position is an entry-level leadership development role designed for individuals who are motivated, people-oriented, and eager to grow into management. This role combines event marketing, client representation, and foundational leadership training.

You’ll work directly at live outreach events, learn how to manage campaigns, and develop the skills necessary to lead teams and oversee events independently.

$42,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities

• Represent charity partners at live events with professionalism and integrity
• Engage the public, communicate campaign messaging, and build donor relationships
• Assist in event setup, breakdown, and daily operations
• Learn campaign management, performance tracking, and event strategy
• Support and motivate team members during events
• Participate in leadership, communication, and business development training
• Progressively take on team lead responsibilities as training milestones are met
